Rooms

1. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm; check-out time is before 11:00 am.

2. For you to enjoy your stay, a maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the family room and　Deluxe Suite and Corner Family Room,  and a maximum of 2 guests are allowed in all other room types.

3. All rooms are equipped with hot spring tubs and beautiful scenery.

4. During your stay, all guests are welcome to use our wide range of recreational facilities. Please prepare swimsuits and swim caps for use in the spa and swimming pool.

5. Smoking is not allowed within hotel premises, as the current law states. Pets are not allowed in the guest rooms and Mahjong is prohibited.

6. The hotel can provide special cribs and bath tubs for infants. Please notify our staff when making the reservation if this is necessary.

7. The hotel provides free pick-up services from the THSR (Taoyuan station)  on a regular basis. Please refer to the Location section of our website for the timetable. Charges apply for pick-up services from Taoyuan International Airport. Please notify our staff when making the reservation if you wish to use this service.

8. All major credit cards and the National Travel Card are accepted.
